VCE Unit 2 Psychology excursion: The Dax Centre & Melbourne University, has been planned for Monday 1st August 2022. The purpose of this excursion is to give students hands on experience of concepts in the fields of mental illness and familiarise themselves with the university campus. .
Students will be split into 2 groups.
Students from 11PY03 will meet Ms Soltys at the Dax Centre 9:15-11:30am and then have time for lunch and a self-guided tour of the University of Melbourne campus 11:30am-1:30pm. Students from 11PY03 will be dismissed from the venue at 1:30pm.

Students from 11PY01 & 11PY02 will meet Ms Wilson outside the Dax Centre at 10:15am. They will then have time for lunch and a self-guided tour of the University of Melbourne campus 10:15am-12:15pm. They will meet Ms Wilson again outside the Dax Centre at 12:15pm for their presentation 12:30-2:30pm. Students from 11PY01 & 11PY02 will be dismissed from the venue at 2:30pm.

Transport:

Students will be expected to travel independently to the venue. Students will need a MYKI with sufficient funds for the return journey. Should the students have difficulties during the transport, or if they are going to be late, or if they are ill or unable to attend on the day, they should contact either Miss Soltys or Ms Wilson.
