Y10 English: Theatre Works’ Medea

Students in Y10 English were meant to go to a live theatre experience in 2021 for students to familiarise themselves with the form of a play. To ensure students don’t miss out on this key learning experience, students will attend a play in 2022. The form of a play is commonly studied at a VCE level across the different English subjects. In addition, students will be using this performance to craft a review in class as part of their on going writing folio for Year 10 English.

Students will need to bring a packed lunch or money to buy lunch and water. Students should also bring paper and pen to take notes post performance. Students are advised to bring a small bag as the venue as limited ability to safely cloak large bags.

Students will have lunch in the St Kilda area and will then be taken back via tram to Flinders Street station where they will be dismissed.
