Wednesday 11 December is Orientation Day for students beginning Year 9 in 2025. The Nossal staff and students are excited to meet with our newest cohort of students and engage in a range of activities designed to introduce them to each other, the school environment and the Nossal culture.

So that students feel prepared and supported on the day, the following information might be useful:

• students are expected to wear either their full summer uniform or their sports uniform of their current school,
• the Orientation Day program begins at 8:45am and students will be dismissed at 2:30pm,
• morning tea and lunch will be provided for all students (unless students have specific dietary requirements and would like to bring their own), and
• students may want to bring a small bag to carry with them, along with a pen, small notebook and a water bottle on the day. As students will not have access to a locker to store their belongings, they should not bring their school bag or textbooks.

All parents/carers are invited to join Nossal staff at the beginning of the day between 9.00am – 10.30am in the Gymnasium, for a brief information session. This presentation will give you an opportunity to meet our Principal and Assistant Principals, along with members of the NHS Parents and Friends Association.

The PFA Second Hand Uniform shop will be open for parents after the information session.
